Your alternative to the mainstream!

TLP was founded in 2009 to show love to deserving artists who don't always receive proper exposure and recognition. The name was chosen as a way of paying homage to Jacksonville, Florida's, LaVilla neighborhood which served as an important hub in the African-American community, when in the 1920's a vibrant music and entertainment scene emerged and contributed to LaVilla being dubbed the "Harlem of the South". TLP's mission is to carry on tradition, with a modern day twist.
